Roles and responsibility for

- Creates the daily MIS on Excel.
- Knows the formulas on Excel very well.
- Is aware of creating the macros in MS Excel and MS word.
- Is aware of using MS Office 2003, 2007 and 2010.
- Manage HDE work time (in respect of available time, talk time, hold time and wrap time).
- Demonstrate consistently the Technology Services Values: Customer Value, Integrity, Teamwork, Invest in People, Innovation
- Maintain knowledge of key systems and ensuring processes are followed to maintain system availability
Requirements for

- Should have atleast 2 years of experience in MIS creation.
- Should be aware of creating the macros in MS office.
