Roles and responsibility for
" Manager Transition Job":
- Provide timely, high quality responses to various Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Define and create common processes and procedures for Client Services processes relating to Sales, visits, costing and transitions
- Solution Design of new BPO opportunities.
- Conduct Pre, Post Contract Due Diligence. Service Transition Planning & Execution.
- Support Change Management and Communication
- Cross functional alignment and Interaction with Top Management for HR, Legal, Budgeting and Quality in ensuring regulatory approvals.
- Closure of open issues during migration, implementation of new processes/procedures and driving other process improvements post migrations
- Review of acceptance criteria, Effort analysis, Training plan of the FTE to be migrated, training assessments, Process maps, defining metrics and ensuring Six sigma rigor followed, timely tracking of projects.
- Ensure smooth and successful transition from Client Onshore to Delivery Centers
- Ensure that the transition is completed within the allocated budgets & Time lines.
- Provide support or Manage Service Delivery during stabilization period
