Instructional Designer job

Systematically review the learning assets developed by the engineering faculty members and suggest corrections where ever necessary to make it world-class asset

• Interact with engineering college faculty members and encourage them to try out innovations and create learning assets
• Uploading of the innovative assets into the community portal
• Conduct workshops for engineering faculty members and provide guidance on authoring and on implementing the latest pedagogic techniques in their respective classrooms.
• Build company brand by interacting with participants of the company workshops and pursue them to take forward company activities in their regular sessions.
• Design and develop interactive e-content on topics relevant to engineering education.
• Maintain quality standards as laid down by the quality policies of company.

• Should have a min. of 4-5 years experience in teaching/training or Content Development/Technical Writing
• Content development and review skills
• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
