Roles and responsibility for :

Responsibilities will include appearing before various Income Tax authorities for Assessment procedures, appeals before CIT & ITAT.

 

  • Drafting of appeal before CIT & ITAT.
  • Assisting client on various Direct taxation issues.
  • Advising and assisting clients on filing of Income tax and FBT returns.
    Direct Tax Compliance:
  • Preparation of Submissions for representing before Income Tax Authority upto Commissioner Income tax level.
  • Consulting Counsel for the Opinions and representing before Income Tax Authority.
  • Involve in tax planing and restructuring team.
  • Verifying the compliance of u/s 195 for foreign remittance of the Income tax Act, 1961 and studying the Double Tax Avoidance Agreement.
  • Coordinating with Auditor to obtain the Tax Audit Report and for other certification.
  • Verification of Income tax return and TDS return.

    The scope of work will also include the following:
  • Providing opinion on issues related to Income Tax Act and Company law
  • Preparation of Submissions and representations before Income Tax Authority
  • Handling Corporate Tax Compliance.
  • Representing company before Income Tax authority.
  • Preparation of TDS Returns , Income Tax Returns

    Educational Qualification-CA cleared in less than three Attempts

    Post-Qualification Experience-2-3 Years extensive role in Direct Tax
