Business Process Design Consultant-TELECOM Practice- (Must have H1B VISA)

Roles Summary:

 This role is for a Business Process Design Analyst/Consultant in the Communications practice who will provide domain skills to help clients design and implement their business strategies, to improve processes by mapping processes to industry standards, by streamlining process and business workflow modeling.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Should have H1 Visa or any US Visa
• Minimum 3 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience;
• Strong telecom industry background and experience within Business Process Design
• Ability to interact effectively with multiple functions (e.g. finance, KX, Research, etc)
• Consulting or functional experience for operators / service providers wireline or wireless in the areas of:
  • Sales and Sales Operations
  • Order Capture and Fulfillment
  • Billing & Collections
  • Service / Revenue Assurance
  • Process transitioning & implementation
  • Process benchmarking
• Experience working on a large-scale Business Strategy Design or Transformation project preferred
• Experience working with senior level executives
