- Independently responsible for handling Business Finance for a business division.
- Lead a team of 3-5 people and be responsible for revenue assurance and closure, drive contract and price negotiations with the customers, work with the business heads in driving profitability.
- Support and lead M&A transactions.
- Support business unit growth through revenue and profit analytics
- Support delivery groups to drive supply chain matrix
- Support sales team with pricing and contract negotiation with clients.
- Ensure financial controls are in place for the respective business units
- Monthly and quarterly book closure at business unit level.
- Responsible for ensuring accounting principles are adhered to.
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Responsible for MIS reporting and analytics.
- Month and quarterly book closure and MIS reporting.
- Support CEO and CFO on revenue and profit forecasts
- Responsible for Financial Planning across IT business.
- Drive Sales and Supply chain analytics and operations across the organization.
- Ensure accurate payout of sales commissions across the organization.
- Benchmarking studies and competition analysis across the industry.
- External reporting for investors
Open only to CA Candidates Pass Out Batch (2003 to 2005), Should have cleared CA final exam in maximum 3 Attempts in the year 2003 - 2005.
Relevant years of post qualification experience into Finance, Business finance, FP&A domain,Financial reporting,Financial,Planning & Analysis.
