Business Manager – Marketing Analytics

Job Description

Own data-driven marketing analytics for defined business segments/geographies

- Own and drive revenue, pricing, margin

- Manage marketing promotions and discounting

- Analyse traffic conversion, consumer segmentation, identify actionable insights

- Stakeholder management - Marketing, Sourcing, Product, Operations

- Maintain and track sales data, lead analytics, draw actionable insights and implement review systems to improve sales performance

Must haves:

- Experience in FMCG / Retail and data analytics

- Must be comfortable using SQL

- Good understanding of customer segments, revenue, margin, conversions

Required Candidate profile

IIT / IIM/ NIT Graduate / Management graduate from top b-schools with 2 - 4 years- experience

- 1+ years- experience in FMCG / Retail preferably in marketing/pricing/analytics

- Startup experience is good to have

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Strong understanding of and passion for e-Commerce/ FMCG/ Retail

- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills

- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills

- Quick learner, flexibility, ability to multitask

- Open mindset to take-up additional responsibilities
